Website purpose

PETOEMLAB provides general information about private-label and OEM pet-care development. Website content is for preliminary business evaluation and does not constitute a binding manufacturing offer, regulatory opinion, product guarantee or professional advice.

No automatic acceptance of a project

An inquiry, sample discussion, estimated range or feasibility comment does not create a manufacturing obligation. A project proceeds only after commercial and technical review and the parties’ written confirmation of applicable specifications, pricing, quantity, payment, responsibilities and other contract terms.

Product and market responsibility

Formula, packaging, claims, labeling, testing and documentation requirements vary by product and destination market. Final responsibilities are defined in project documents. Buyers remain responsible for obtaining market-specific legal advice and approvals assigned to them under the applicable agreement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, graphics, branding and layout are owned by or licensed to PETOEMLAB. They may not be copied or republished for commercial use without permission. Buyer materials remain subject to the rights and confidentiality terms agreed for the project.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep website information current but may revise product scope, component availability, MOQ, timing or documentation routes. The site may be interrupted or updated without notice.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, PETOEMLAB and its operator are not liable for decisions made solely from general website content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
