Development Capability

Formula & Packaging Development

Formula, packaging and application method are reviewed as one connected product system—not as separate purchasing decisions.

A connected development route

PETOEMLAB supports pet-only oral care and grooming projects for established brands, retailers, importers and distributors. Every project starts with a commercial brief covering species, format, benchmark, target market, intended claims, pack size, quantity and timing.

Formula direction

Species scope, texture, viscosity, foam level, flavor or fragrance, ingredient restrictions and intended application are reviewed together.

Primary packaging

Tubes, bottles, pumps, sprayers, nozzles, caps, brushes and applicators are screened against formula behavior and use method.

Retail configuration

Labels, cartons, inserts and kit components are coordinated around SKU count, market requirements and production practicality.

FORMULA + COMPONENT SYSTEM

Packaging decisions begin before the artwork stage.

Tube, nozzle, pump, actuator, closure and secondary pack influence filling, dispensing, compatibility and commercial MOQ. They are reviewed with the formula—not after it.

Have a benchmark pack or component drawing?

Send it with the species, fill volume, market and order quantity for a practical route review.

Request Packaging Review

From brief to approved specification

Commercial brief review

Confirm buyer profile, target species, market, format, quantity, benchmark and launch plan.

Formula and packaging route

Identify a practical development route and flag ingredient, claim, component or MOQ constraints early.

Sample evaluation

Review appearance, odor or flavor, texture, application, dispensing and packaging fit against agreed criteria.

Specification confirmation

Freeze the approved formula, component configuration, artwork route, pack-out and quality checkpoints before production scheduling.

Pet oral-care packaging options

Toothpaste and dental gel

Tube diameter, fill volume, shoulder and nozzle design, cap, tamper evidence, carton and optional finger-brush kit.

Oral spray

Bottle material, pump output, actuator, overcap, label area and compatibility with flavor and formula systems.

Dental-care kits

Toothpaste or gel combined with finger toothbrushes, standard brushes, inserts or retail cartons.

Grooming formats

Bottles, pumps, trigger sprayers and closures selected according to viscosity, dosage and channel requirements.

MOQ and lead time are project-specific.

They depend on formula route, component decoration, SKU count, pack size and the commercially viable production configuration. They are confirmed after feasibility review.
